Everyone shows their gratitude a little differently.  Behr was left behind by his family at a foreclosed ranch along with 7 horses. When the horses were rescued, there was no room for Behr and he was once again left behind. When he was finally rescued by our volunteer, Behr didn’t know how to thank him enough. He was only too happy to drop to the ground and roll over for some belly rubs and loving. It made it nearly impossible to get our typical pictures of a new dog, but you can see that Behr is one grateful dog with puppy dog devotion.  He is around 12 months old and despite what he has been through, he is very social and well fed. We’re betting that he is good with horses, too!
